AD Grant, CEO

"AD" is known throughout Madison County for his kind manner and generous nature. A life long resident of Madison County, AD has strong farming roots, learning the farming industry on his fathers' farm and today continues to supplement his business ventures with cattle and tobacco revenues from his own farming interest. He began his building career with Ball homes and helped to build what is now Roy Kidd Stadium before starting his own business. AD has been in business for over thirty years. He is the founder of Foxglove Apartments which is recognized today as the largest Property Management Company in Richmond. His development/building company AD Grant Builders builds about twenty-five houses per year. Most houses are geared towards first time home buyers but he is contemplating an entrance to the custom-built arena. His latest venture is the new 10,000 sq. ft. Foxglove Building off the EKU by-pass at the HWY 52 intersection. This will be the new home for Foxglove Apartments and National City Bank. Also in the works is a new business center, Fox Plaza, just off exit 90. He is in the Exchange Club, a member of 183 Kirksville Masonic Lodge, a member of the Home Builders Association, Richmond Chamber and serves on the board of The Salvation Army. Of all his many accomplishments, AD is most proud of his four successful children and dotes on his nine grandchildren. He loves Golfing and spends his free time when not with family on the links of Gibson Bay or Arlington. AD doesn't have any plans for retirement in the near future.
