    1.   Fill Out An Application

    For your convenience there are three different ways to complete this:
    You may fill out an application on our website, call one of our loan originators, or simply come by our office.

    2.   We Will Check Your Credit

    We will contact you about your score and tell you what your options might be.

    3,   Items Needed In Order To Process Your Loan

    We will need the following items:

    • Employer information for the past (2) two years
    • Pay stubs for the last (30) thirty days
    • W2's for the past (2) two years
    • Checking, savings, and retirement statements for the last (3) three months
    • Picture ID and Social Security Card
    • Landlord or lender's information for the past (2) two years
    • If self-employed
      • Tax returns for past (2) years
      • YTD Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
      • Copy of Business Licenses
    • If commission, interest, or bonus income recieved must have tax returns for past (2) two years.
    • Signed sales contract if purchasing
    • Veterans - DD214 & Certificate of Eligibility
    • Check for appraisal
    • Source of funds to close (example is gift funds)

    4.   Pay Appraisal

    5.   20-30 DAYS TO CLOSE AFTER ALL OF YOUR DOCUMENTS ARE TURNED INTO OUR LOAN ORIGINIATOR
